Walking Holidays in the Cévennes

We offer three self-guided walking holidays in the region, all exploring very different landscapes:

These holidays allow you to discover the area at your own pace, with time to absorb the sights, sounds and fragrances of the landscape. To complement a day's walking, we have hand-picked special places to stay, ranging from ancient châteaux to charming B&Bs and rural auberges. Here you can enjoy the excellent local food and wine, all the more enjoyable after a day's activity.

Our aim is to make sure you have the best possible time during your stay here.  Over the years, one of the many things we have learnt is that no two guests are the same so if you need flexibility on trip length or wish to do things a bit differently let us know and we will do our utmost to tailor the trip accordingly.

We include as much as possible in our holidays so that you don’t have unexpected costs during your trip. Our trips include all accommodation with breakfast and dinner; luggage moves and transfers within the trip; maps and detailed directions. Some trips also include daily picnics using local specialties (see individual trip descriptions). Throughout your holiday you have our personal support to ensure everything runs smoothly and that you get the most out of your trip. 

Whilst we like to meet you at the airport or train station at the start of your holiday and drive you to your first hotel, then take you back again at the end of your trip, you may prefer to use public transport. We therefore give two prices for our holidays, with and without these transfers. If you decide to take public transport, then we give you detailed directions and timetables.
